PETE students embark on a plan of study that leads to a K-12 specialist certification in physical education.
The program also features a secondary level (6-12) minor program that leads to certification.

Student teaching is the final stage for most students. Majors students teach at both elementary and high schools. This gives you a variety of teaching experience.
After student teaching and meeting all other requirements, you will graduate with a K-12 certification in physical education.
